This A.M. I wanted to share an easy healthy grilled sandwich.
Just when I thought I was running out of ideas. I engineered this tasty treat!
cheese ( I used cheddar, but would recommend Brie, Mozzarella or Spiced Havarti for some kick)
This sandwich is easy, its made like a traditional grilled cheese, butter two pieces of bread spread with minced garlic and fresh basil leaves, add remainder of ingredients and grill browning both sides. top with fresh grape tomatoes and serve!
