Home-made Butter Chicken Poutine

This A.M. get your pen and paper ready to make a shopping list for tonight's dinner.  If your week has been anything like mine, you have been too busy, and being so busy means that you might break and swing by the drive-thru. Instead, make this homemade meal in one pan and serve in a bowl This dinner will have you doing more lip smacking and less dish washing.  

Shopping List:
Boneless Chicken Breast
1 jar of Butter Chicken Cooking Sauce (Pataks Original) or VH 
1 package of White Cheddar Cheese Curds 
1 package of French Fries (If you have time you can make your own) 


Butter Chicken
Fries with Cheese Curds
          

The Recipe is simple.  You take the ingredients listed above.

STEP 1: Cut chicken into bite size pieces and sear them until golden in a frying pan.
Add the cooking sauce and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
STEP 2:  In the meantime cook your french fries or taters.
STEP 3:  Once your fries are done and placed into their respective dishes, take a handful of cheese curds to top them off.  Then add your butter chicken and gravy. Let it sit for 5 minutes so the cheese melts, and then serve!
