When I stepped inside this French style bakery over the weekend I knew I would be a repeat customer. The server was holding a tray of desserts and I knew... the best was yet to come! The staff were super friendly from beginning to end, and the food was delectable.
Bonjour Brioche located at 812 Queen Street East, is a tiny taste of Paris in Toronto's bustling city.
As usual, in Toronto, a line up indicates great food, however, Bonjour Brioche will surpass your expectations of bakery delights. The waft of freshly baked baguettes, croissants, brioche, quiche, tarte and well roasted, bodied coffee fills your nostrils with pleasure.
When I woke up this morning and read that Obama had won the election and his words were "the best is yet to come," I remembered my moment in Bonjour Brioche and I thought to myself, the best is yet to come. I can feel it in my bones.
