3 cups of icing sugar
3/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
150g unsweetened dark chocolate (Chopped)
1 1/2 cups of chopped pecans
1/2 teaspoon of salt
4 large egg whites lightly beaten
Preheat the oven 10 325 degrees. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Combine sugar, cocoa, and salt in a large bowl, stir in chocolate an pecans add the eggwhites and stir until just combined, do not over mix.
Drop heaped tablespoons of batter onto cookie sheets, space about 3 inches apart.
Bake for 25-30 until cookies are cracked
Makes 30-35 Cookies
