Brie & Burberry

"You know what they say -- one woman's trash is another woman's treasure. And when it comes to scoring a new wardrobe by shopping your friend's closets, with a glass of wine in hand, well, we're all for doing that sort of digging".
Fun finds, Burberry Scarf and Fashion Glasses
My friend Sara decided to host an EXCHANGE party at her house. We were told to begin collecting clothes, purses, shoes, gift ware, house ware, books, jackets etc or anything that you would like to get rid after the holidays. Bring it to her house and we would exchange our goods with other girls.

At the bottom of the invitation, she also mentioned we were going to be given a food mission.

FOOD MISSION!  Okay, firstly she had me at shopping for free, but on top of it we were sharing food and in a fun way. This party really turned out to be one of the best Sunday's I've had in a long time so I decided to share it with you!  You are probably wondering what goodies I found at the swap.
I was able to create a whole outfit! I got a pair of red jeans, fashion glasses with dark frames and  a Burberry scarf!

Ames' Cranberry Brie Biscuits

1 small pkg of your favourite Brie
1 pkg of Philadelphia Cream Cheese
Cranberry Sauce ( I used my mom's homemade Cranberry Orange Sauce)
10 Walnut halves
Savory herbs
1 pkg Pilsbury Flaky Rolls
Divide the package of Pilsbury Flaky Rolls into muffin tins.  With a spoon create a small divet in the middle of each to make room for the filling.

Scoop 1 teaspoon of cream cheese into each biscuit.  Then add one teaspoon of cranberry sauce on top of that.  Cut the Brie into small pieces (approx. 1 teaspoon)  add these to each biscuit. Next, top with a walnut half and sprig of herb!  Bake according to package instructions, serve warm!!

Ames xoxo
