On a recent weekend the gang went to Sarasota. I had dinner reservations at some pretty great looking restaurants and had resigned myself to the fact that this was to be a binge eating weekend. This held to be true at Hyde Park Prime Steakhouse downtown. They had a pretty typical steakhouse menu; blue cheese wedge salad, lobster bisque, various cuts of dry aged beef and a plethora of ala carte sides that are each big enough for about four people to share. Our service was top notch and the food was all rich and plentiful, as to be expected.
We all know what a great steak at a great steak house looks like. Check out my pictures of the exceptional and decidedly sumptuous alternative steak house dishes we had.
